Client Background
Peninsula Stone Care is a trusted stone restoration business in the San Francisco Bay Area. After more than two decades in operation, the owner decided it was time for a complete refresh: a new website, new email, and modern systems to reach more of his ideal customer: real estate agents.

The Challenge
After two decades of successful word-of-mouth business, our client's online presence hadn't evolved with the times. His website looked dated, wasn't mobile-responsive, and failed to showcase the quality of his stonework. In an industry where property managers and real estate agents increasingly research contractors online before making decisions, this outdated digital footprint was becoming a barrier to growth.
Our client was spending 3–4 hours every week manually sending individual emails to potential customers. He would copy and paste email addresses one by one from various sources and manually type/send the same message individually. This time‑intensive process limited him to contacting maybe 20–30 prospects per week, with no way to track opens, responses, or optimize his messaging.
While he knew real estate agents were his ideal customers, he had no organized method for finding and connecting with them at scale. There was no systematic approach to identify active agents, verify their contact information, or segment them by property types or transaction volume—leaving significant market opportunities untapped.
Beyond just email outreach, the entire business was running on manual systems that couldn't scale. Lead tracking was done in spreadsheets, follow-ups were based on memory, and there was no integration between his website inquiries and his outreach efforts. As demand for his services grew, these manual bottlenecks were preventing him from capitalizing on opportunities and efficiently managing his growing customer base.
